We offer shipping throughout the continental United States. All frozen products are shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Standard Shipping: $9.99 (Free on orders over $50)
• Processing Time: 1-2 business days
• Delivery Time: 2-5 business days depending on location

Our frozen products require special handling to maintain quality:

• All frozen items ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays
• Packages include insulated packaging and dry ice
• We ship via expedited carriers during warmer months
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate/freeze products upon delivery

Note: During extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipment to protect product quality. We'll notify you if this affects your order.

Free local pickup is available at our Lockport location:

• Pickup is available Monday-Saturday
• Select your preferred pickup time during checkout
• Orders are typically ready within 24 hours
• Please bring your order confirmation and ID
